What we do not do

Recipients
Payments by bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland); PayPal payments by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. In every case, banking data is entered directly with the relevant provider, on its secure infrastructure, and never passes through this site. Cookies and audience measurement
The site sets only strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, anti-bot security), which do not
require consent. Traffic is measured by a self-hosted tool (Koko Analytics),
without cookies and without personal data: only aggregated, anonymous statistics
are produced, exempt from consent, with nothing shared with third parties. On the Workshops page and the booking pages, the third-party Wecandoo calendar (Wecandoo SAS, France) loads automatically when the page is displayed: your IP address is sent to Wecandoo, which may set the cookies required for its booking module. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise
